The conference room for max. 40 people has all the required congress facilities; for conferences with a larger number of people the hotel has an angreement with the castle to use the stately Banqueting Hall. The restaurant is situated in the old stable of the castle and, in a friendly atmosphere, offers, in its two large rooms, local dishes of Casentino as home-made pasta, grilled and roast meat, together with renowned Tuscany wines selected by the sommelier.
